When you call we will always tell you how long we will take to get to you

We will always explain our charges and agree them before starting any work,

so you are clear of the costs and payment terms

All of our tradesmen are fully qualified

• They all carry an identity card which they will show you upon arrival
• Our tradesmen will always leave your property clean and tidy
• All our tradesmen have full Public Liability Insurance, we insist on a minimum cover of two million pounds, in case of accident
• We will fix what we can and if this is not possible, provide a quotation for replacement

Owners Personal Promise

My personal promise: I am fully aware of the common practices in the building and plumbing industry and I keep well clear of these practices. I build on repetition, that should you need plumbing work more than once, you will continue to use my services. Most of my work to date has been gained through word of mouth and that’s how I like it. My reputation is invaluable and only by employing good plumbing practice will that reputation be maintained and enhanced. I do not charge overtime, plumbing emergencies always happens after ours, we are there for you. I work on a quotation basis on non-emergency work i.e. I will visit your property to assess the work and provide you with a no obligation quote (I do not charge for call-out/quote provision).My extremely competitive pricing, clean & prompt service, smile without the grunt will make you happy that you called PlumbScene. However I don’t just want you to come to me for my rates, I’d like you to look at the quality of workmanship too.
